Refund policy

In Store:

We offer in-store returns within 14 days of your purchase for store credit or exchange only. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging and original condition. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Discounted items, jewelry/watches/accessories, hats and all body care products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online Returns:

Please email rae@fraeclothingco.com to alert us of your return! 

Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit (e-gift card). Returned items must have tags and be returned in original product packaging.  Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use (items with makeup or stains will not be accepted). Discounted items, jewelry/watches/accessories, hats and all body care products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping:

You may swing by our brick and mortar location to return any online order. If you're mailing your return back, you may mail it using the service of your choice (we do not cover return shipping), keeping the tracking number for your own records.

Please note that we are not responsible for any return fees nor packages that are lost or damaged.

Damaged, defective or incorrect Merchandise:

Each piece is carefully inspected, but in the rare case that you might receive defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise - please email us at orders@fraeclothingco.com within three (3) days of receiving your order. Please check your order when it arrives to ensure your expectations are met. If they are not, we will to work together to get you an exchange or store credit! 

Merchandise Availability:

While we work hard to properly represent inventory quantities in our store and on our website, merchandise availability cannot be guaranteed. If merchandise is not available when your order is processed, we will notify you via email. When merchandise isn't available, the purchase will be fully refunded.
